Thank you for choosing Seva. Every piece is thoughtfully handcrafted and made to celebrate the beauty of individuality.

We gladly review return requests submitted within 14 days of delivery.

Natural Variations

Each Seva piece is handcrafted using uniquely selected beads and natural materials. Slight variations in color, shape, size, texture, and pattern are a natural part of the design process and make every piece truly one of a kind.

While we do our best to represent our jewelry accurately through photographs, natural variations may occur and are not considered defects. As such, they are not eligible for return or exchange.

Non-Returnable Items

We are unable to accept returns or exchanges for:

• Items that have been worn, altered, or damaged after delivery.
• Return requests submitted more than 14 days after delivery.
• Natural variations in handcrafted materials.
• Items returned without prior approval.
• Gift cards and final sale items.

How to Submit a Return Request

If you would like to request a return or exchange, please submit a return request using this form.

Return requests based solely on minor handcrafted variations, normal differences in appearance, or reasons that do not indicate a product issue may not be eligible for approval.

Approval Process

Once your return request has been submitted, our team will review it within 2–3 business days. If your request is approved, we will provide detailed instructions for returning your item via email.

Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged or an error was made on our part.

Seva reserves the right to approve or decline any return request that does not meet the requirements outlined in this policy.
